Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds cannot be offered once a treatment has been completed.If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution.

Gift Vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.Gift vouchers are valid for six months unless otherwise stated.

 

Deposits and Cancellation Fees

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost in accordance with our booking policy.Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and refunds will not be given simply because expected results differ.
