By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Appointments can be booked online or directly with Wildflower Beauty Studio.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a charge of up to 50% of the appointment cost.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting later appointments.
The full treatment fee may still apply.
Consultation Forms
Clients must complete consultation forms honestly and disclose any relevant medical conditions or changes before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it may be unsafe.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are required where appropriate and must be completed at least 24 hours before treatment.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for six months unless otherwise stated.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prices
Prices may change without notice.
Existing offers or memberships remain subject to their own terms.
Memberships
Membership benefits, pricing and included services may change with reasonable notice.
Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
While every reasonable care is taken during treatments, Wildflower Beauty Studio accepts no responsibility for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications or aftercare not being followed.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Website
All website content, photographs, logos and branding remain the property of Wildflower Beauty Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
