Sound Bath with Lizzie Whitehead

You loved our first Sound Bath event with Lizzie so we're hosting another one!!

Join us for a deeply immersive sound journey designed to guide you into a state of relaxation and stillness. As the sounds wash over you, you’ll be invited to slow down, quiet the mind and move into a deeper state of consciousness. The gentle frequencies and vibrations can encourage slower brainwave states, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle.

Leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded and beautifully rested.

We want you to be as comfy as possible so please wear warm, comfy clothes. Bring a pillow or two and a blanket and an eye pillow if you wish.
